Le Président de la Commission des Pétitions a accepté, ce 21 avril 2009, la pétition "Pédocriminalité organisée: violation systématique des dispositions fondamentales du droit international au sein de l'Union", qui expose une fois de plus le réseau pédocriminel ZANDVOORT. The president of the Petitions Commission has accepted, this April 21, 2009, the petition "Organized paedocriminality: systematic violation of the fundamental provisions of the international law within the Union", which exposes ounce more the paedocriminal network ZANDVOORT. The petition, registered as dossier n°1696/2008, was transmitted for preliminary investigation, to the European commission, which had qualified the 90.000 victims of murder, rape, torture and paedopornography of an "individual file", to reject any possibility of intervention. The major nuance vis-à-vis the previous petitions, is that is was also transmitted to the European Parliament Commission that has the role of controlling that the European Commission does its work. IL Presidente della Commissione delle Petizioni ha accettato, questo 21 aprile 2009, la petizione "Pédocriminalità organizzata: violazione sistematica delle disposizioni fondamentali del diritto internazionale nell'Unione Europea", che dimostra una volta in più la rete pedocriminale di ZANDVOORT. Le
Chauffeur de Stefaan De Clerck, Ministre de la Justice Belge, a foncé
dans en réverbère, lors de l'inauguration de la nouvelle maison de justice
à Turnhout ce 19 mars, 2009. La BMW est légèrement abîmée et réverbère
est tordu. Le Ministre a rencontré les premiers magistrats qui ont condamné
Marcel Vervloesem à mort, et ceux qui seront chargé de l'achever à la
prison locale. Un des magistrats qui s'est opposé à ce meurtre a été dégradé
à un poste de juge de paix. Les médecins avaient préconisé deux opérations à coeur ouvert, dés la cicatrisation de la blessure laissée par le cathétérisme cardiaque. L'opération a été faite en une fois, alors que la blessure saignait depuis quatre mois. Marcel Vervloesem a trois cicatrices : une verticale au milieu du thorax, une horizontale quelques centimètres en dessous de la verticale et une à sa jambe droite, de bas en haut, le long d'une veine. Son pied gauche a été menotté et enchaîné au lit d'hôpital, alors que les rictus de la mort le défiguraient. Dix jours après l'opération, il était de retour à la prison de Bruges, à la section non médicalisée, réservée aux détenus les plus dangereux de Belgique. Depuis, le Ministre de la Justice prévoit de le transférer dans une prison "plus humaine", à Turnhout, où il n'y a ni infirmerie ou approvisionnement régulier en insuline, dont il dépend pour vivre. Pendant ce temps, la Cour d'Appel d'Anvers a reporté le jugement qui doit le déposséder de ses quelques meubles et bibelots, pour payer les dommages à ses calomniateurs... |
De Clerck orders to finnish-off Marcel Vervloesem?! 
The
driver of Stefaan De Clerck, Minister for Belgian justice, has barged
in a street light, at the time of the inauguration of the new house of
justice in Turnhout this March 19, 2009. The BMW is slightly damaged and
the street light is twisted. The Minister met the first magistrates who
condemned Marcel Vervloesem to death, and those who will be charged to
finish him off at the local prison. One of the magistrates who was opposed
to this murder was degraded at a post of Justice of the Peace.
The doctors had recommended two open-heart surgeries, as soon the wound left by cardiac catetherism was healed. The surgery was done in one time, whereas the wound had been bleeding for four months. Marcel Vervloesem has three scars: a vertical one in the middle of the thorax, a horizontal one, a few centimetres under the vertical one and another on his right leg, all along a vein. His left foot has been shackled and chained to the hospital bed, whereas the grins of death where disfiguring him. Ten days after the surgery, he was back to the prison of Bruges, in the non medical section, reserved to the most dangerous prisoners of Belgium. Since, the Minister of Justice plans to transfer him in a "more human" prison, at Turnhout. which is to say, without infirmary, where the insulin, on which his life depends, is not supplied regularly. Meanwhile, Antwerp's Court of Appeal has deferred the judgement which has to dispossess him of his few pieces of furniture and curios, to pay the damages to his slanderers. |
L'autista
di Stefaan De Clerk, Ministro della Giustizia Belga, ha urtato un lampione,
durante l'inaugurazione del nuovo edificio della giustizia a Turnhout
questo 19 marzo, 2009. La super BMW si è leggermente ammaccata e il lampione
stortato. Il Ministro ha incontrato i primi magistrati che hanno condannato
Marcel Vervloesem a morte, e quelli che saranno incaricati di finirlo
nella prigione locale. Uno dei magistrati che si è opposto a questo assassinio
è stato degradato ad un posto di giudice di pace. I medici avevano previsto due operazioni a cuore aperto, dopo la cicatrizzazione della ferita lasciata dal cateterismo cardiaco. L'operazione è stata eseguita in un solo tempo, mentre la ferita sanguinava da quattro mesi. Marcel Vervloesem ha tre cicatrici : una verticale nel mezzo del torace, una orizontale qualche centimetro sotto la verticale e una sulla sua gamba destra dal basso in alto lungo una vena superficiale. Il suo piede sinistro è stato ammanettato ed incatenato al letto dell'ospedale,questo affinchè in seguito la rigidità postmortem lo sfigurasse. Dieci giorni dopo l'operazione, lui era di ritorno alla prigione di Bruges,nella sezione non medicalizzata, riservata ai detenuti più pericolosi del Belgio. Dopo, il Ministro della Giustizia prevede di trasferirlo in una prigione più umana, a Turnhout, dove non c'è un' infermeria o l' approvvigionamento regolare di insulina, da cui dipende Marcel per vivere....

La France classera le dossier ZANDVOORT "secret défense" avec interdiction d'y puiser", ce qui est cocasse pour une culotte de magistrat. |

The investigation suffered a serious skid, when an underpants-less magistrate appeared among the pictures of crimes. France will close the ZANDVOORT file as a national security top secret, with prohibition to draw from it, which is comical for a magistrate's underpants. |

All'origine, un bambino di quattro anni aveva spiegato a due medici che presso suo padre, una persona gli aveva "messo il dito nell' ano e baciato a lungo sulla bocca". Il Procuratore Bertossa (Svizzera) ed il giudice Ringot (Francia), pensavano che lui figurasse sugli schedari di ZANDVOORT, tra i 90.000 bambini vittime della pornografia e tortura dei bambini, ma nessuno ne sapeva il perchè. L'inchiesta fu oggetto di un serio ritardo, quando il magistrato senza mutande apparve tra le foto dei pedocrimini. La Francia archivierà il dossier ZANDVOORT "con divieto segreto" e con "interdizione di attingere notizie", ciò che è ridicolo per delle mutande del magistrato. |
