Le procureur Bourlet, chargé de requérir l'application de la loi dans l'affaire Dutroux, a requis trois auditions de l'ONG Morkhoven sur les liens unissant Dutroux, Nihoul et le réseau production de pédo pornographie de Zandvoort. Les procès-verbaux des auditions de Marcel Vervloesem, porte-parole de l'ONG, seraient absents des DVD Dutroux, nous dit-on. Ces DVD ont été produit par le ministère de la justice, pour que les avocats puissent s'y retrouver dans les 400.000 pages du dossier. Une telle entrave volontaire aux droits à la défense de Dutroux, permettrait au plus célèbre pédocriminel du monde, de demander l'anéantissement de sa condamnation! Pourquoi la justice belge aurait-elle pris un tel risque ? Parce que Morkhoven avait exposé la branche anversoise du réseau en 1988, en vain. Les ministres avaient systématiquement répondu aux questions parlementaires sur les présomptions de corruption, en noircissant l'ONG, pour blanchir leur propre administration. L'affaire Dutroux avait mis les belges dans une telle colère, que les palais de justice eurent été démantelés pierre par pierre, s'ils avaient appris que le réseau aurait pu être démantelé sept ans avant le meurtre des petites filles. |

Partly Dutroux and Nihoul's fault! Prosecutor Bourlet, in charge of requesting
the application of the law in the Dutroux case, requested three hearings
of the NGO Morkhoven on the links between Dutroux, Nihoul and the child
pornography production network of Zandvoort. The minutes of Marcel Vervloesem's
hearings as spokesman of NGO, appears to be missing from the Dutroux DVD,
we are told. These DVDs were produced by the justice department, so that
the lawyers could sort out the 400,000 pages of the dossier. Such a wilfully
impeding the rights of defence of Dutroux, would allow the world's most
famous paedocriminal, to seek the annihilation of his sentence!

Parzialmente la colpa a Dutroux e Nihoul ! IL procuratore Bourlet, incaricato di far applicare la legge nel caso Dutroux, ha richiesto tre audizioni dell'ONG Morkhoven sui legami che riunivano Dutroux, Nihoul e la rete della produzione di pedo pornografia di Zandvoort. I processi verbali delle audizioni di Marcel Vervloesem, portavoce dell'ONG, sarebbero mancanti nei DVD Dutroux, ci hanno detto. Questi DVD sono stati messi a punto dal ministero della giustizia, perchè gli avvocati potessero ritrovarli nelle 400.000 pagine del dossier. Un tale imbroglio volontario ai diritti alla difesa di Dutroux, permetterebbe al più celebre pedocriminale del mondo, di domandare l'anéantissement della sua condanna! Perchè la giustizia belga avrebbe corso un tale rischio ? Perchè Morkhoven aveva pubblicato la branca di Anversa della rete nel 1988, invano. I ministri avevano sistematicamente risposto alle domande parlamentari sulla presunta corruzione, screditando l'ONG, per sbianchettare la loro propria amministrazione. Il caso Dutroux aveva messo i belgi in una tale rabbiosità, che i palazzi di giustizia avrebbero smantellato pietra su pietra, se avessero saputo che la rete avrebbe potuto essere smantellata sette anni prima dell'uccisione delle piccole minorenni. |
