1. The Project Magnes is implemented as
from Brussels, in the framework of the United Nations Program on the
Patronage of Children and Assistance to Refugees and Displaced
persons, exposed and ratified by the General Assembly of the United
Nations from 19th to 21st September of 2001.
2. The project is named after a
shepherd called Magnes who found, around 900 BC, that the iron
tipped crook of his stick and the nails of his boots were attracted
to the ground as he was tending his sheep on Mount Ida, between the
villages of those now called Chechens and Ingushs. Magnes dug up the
ground to find the source of the attraction. He found the lodestones
which contain magnetite, or the metal that possesses the property of
attracting certain substances, as iron and to modifie the molecules
of water. The metal named after him now happens to be the basis of a
scientific revolution which is deemed to end poverty and famine
around the globe.
3. Nearly 3000 years after Magnes discovered the magnetite, the
Soviet scientists lifted the mystery of how some Caucasians could
live 150 years, when most people rarely lived more than 50 years.
They discovered that this longevity relied on the magnetite in their
mountains which can double the life expectancy of people and of
animals. They also discovered that fishes living in magnetized water
and that the quantities of the agricultural harvests of crop watered
with magnetized water is increased by roughly 30%. Not only the
magnetized water increase the income of labour by 30%, but magnetic
fields can generate the storms of rain requested to cover the land
of the Arabs with meadows and rivers.
4. The Magnes Project aims at offering
the most vulnerable people enough autonomous schools and housing to
cover the needs, which has increased proportionally to the increase
of the life expectancy.
5. Europe is covered with forteresses
and castles attached to fortified farms, which have been built to
host and feed the inhabitants of entire villages during wars, then
abandoned because of lack of means to repair the roofs and heat the
large spaces. The inconveniences of the past have been wiped out by
life-time guaranteed solar roofs that generates free of charge
heating or air conditioning and electricity, while the magnet
technology can feed the entire community practically free of
charges.
6. The Magnes Project offers the
only solution which enables to respect the initial destination of
the construction of these fortresses. They were not built to make
museums or to let them fall into ruins. They where built to offer a
shelter to the people exposed to wars which, in this case, is a war
against exclusion motivated by detestable social prerogatives.
A.
BACK TO THE FUTURE SCHOOLS
7. The first victims of absence of
large structures are the disadvantaged children. Social services
have children whose only handicap is poverty or children with down
syndrome, interned into psychiatric institutions intended for
autistic and pre-psychotic children due to un insufficient number of
schools. Judges sentence minors of ages to prison terms though
science has proved that full maturity is not reached before the age
of 25, just because of the lack of institutions adapted to the
special teaching their mental condition requires. One percent of the
prison population is deemed to be occupied by minors of age.
8. The only manner to stop such crimes
are to provide enough boarding schools to prevent that the
percentage of handicapped pupils in the classrooms exceeds the norm
in the rest of the society. The curriculum of these schools will
include fishfarming, biological culture, forestry classes and
eventually blacksmith craft if the castle still has a forge. The aim
of such curriculum is to teach the pupils how to live practically
free of charges, but not free of toil, with a small a plot of land.
The main goals of these schools includes :
I) To raise
awareness that poverty is not a handicap or a psychiatric disease,
but that it is necessary to provide treatment to the sick children
who need it.
II) To ban cruel and
inhuman punishment such as isolation that is liable causes
irreversible brain damage beyond two weeks, by raising awareness of
civilized sanctions (such as 100 push-ups for the boys and 100 abs
for the girls, excellent for body building and does not cause brain
damage.
III) To prevent, for
as long as possible, that minors of age be jailed with heavy
criminals, but on the contrary, incite them to start a new life away
from organized criminality.
B.
COLLECTIVE FARMS FOR HOMELESS AND ASYLUM SEEKERS
9. Homeless people freeze to death
every year in Europe because the structures built for them were
transformed into prisons and the new European laws forbid to jail
those whose only crime is poverty. Some are offered dormitories from
where women don't dare to approach. They are to leave during the day
« to find a job » in countries where jobs are only given to those
who have a domicile. The lucky ones sleep in their car.
10.The principle according to which
anyone may live practically free of charge in a collective farm
using magnetic culture, stands for homeless people, as well as for
asylum seekers. These collective farms can be built in modern
bio-integrated complexes, as well as in renovated old farms..
11. It has to be highlighted that most
tenants of these collective farms request a psychological support or
therapy, in order to give each of them a chance to recover from the
events that have kicked them out of their homes.
12. It also has to be highlighted that
all the asylum seekers need specialized lawyers to help them filing
a complaints against the criminal organisations at the origine of
their exile, to enable each country to fight that plague, or else,
to stop complaining about it.
