Twelve websites of partners hacked, blocked or destroyed in three years: the right of Information on paedophile networks and corruption obviously disturbs. Following the publication of news coming from the Rumanian press, Microsoft has padlocked the Foundation Princess of Croÿ work site without the least form of trial, saying the archives, which happens to be the only public database on the paedophile networks related to Europe, would no more be accessible.

The article was prickly and the site of the foundation vanished. It acted of 200.000-euro subsidized by the EEC has Child Focus to update a site aiming at forming a network of European civil associations of assistance to missing and sexually exploited children. The Rumanian partner had got 1000-euro, ultimately just for filling four forms in the names of associations and without their knowledge, making them pass for working in the field whereas they did not. A similar scenario had occurred in Italy, with a partner whose association had been founded at the same time as the project, which is to say without least experience in the domain, whereas there are the most remarkable ones.

The MSN service presented its apologies for the disturbance caused by an accidental destruction of the site. When it was showed the site was padlocked, it suddenly acted of a wilful closure because of a mysterious violation of the regulation and in waiting of a "possible investigation". Child Focus, though dedicated to the child welfare, did not intervene to require that the data base on the paedophile networks be put back on line, whereas it is consulted by the international press.

We did not manage to define who would violate what by accepting to be censured, thus denying readers their basic right to information, freedom of expression and of press, in a field concerning the most serious dangers to which groups at the risk are confronted.

This right to information is the only protection of the children against the organized paedophile criminality, since as long as the adults think that the networks are non-existent, as the Belgian official version claims it, they cannot see the situations of danger only when the harm is done. This right to information is also the only protection of all the victims of denial of justice which lose invaluable years to believe in the systematic application of the fundamental right, whereas it is obtained only by one fight which requires to be armed with patience and to avoid multiple traps.

The surprise was to note that the fundamental rights bores so much the French-speaking Europe, that the domain name www.droitfondamental.eu (fundamental rights Europe) was still free! This domain name will thus host the sites of the Foundation Princess of Croÿ, Werkgroep Morkhoven, as well as the press organs of their collaborators and partners, a newsletter, newsgroup and rebuilding the database, so as to gather our strength in the diffusion of information.
