Childfocus declared war to the foundation Princesse of Croÿ

All made believe in an endless series of accidents, for which the Baron Cardon, President of Childfocus, had an excuse. The scandal that came from Romania on the fictive assistance to missing children was object of a polite official explanation, but also of a semi-official explanation,

which happens to be a caviar of deterioration of the truth and attacking the honour of the Princess of Croÿ and her foundation, of the Werkgroep Morkhoven and a Romanian journalist.

In 2001, Jacqueline of Croÿ employed the step-daughter of Baron Cardon in her school, which the Nihoul-Nigeria network tried to use for child trafficking. He had promised a help that never came and she closed her school to reoriented in the of fight child-trade.

In Flanders, at the Werkgroep Morkhoven, Marcel Vervloesem had seized the Zandvoort files: first evidence on child-trade based in Europe, gathering the photographs of 90.081 children murdered, raped, tortured and victims of pornography. He became victim of series of cabals, which were supposed to excuse the defect of inquiry, leaving at least 90.081 criminals free, without Childfocus accepting to intervene.

The accidents came one after the other: Childfocus accepted the honours of an investigation made by the Werkgroep Morkhoven, which led to the arrest of a Zandvoort criminal and fifteen cubic meters of child pornography. A complaint coming Childfocus had turned an awareness campaign on the dangers of paedophile networks in a prosecution for "diffusion of child pornography". It would have been the fault of Jean-Denis Lejeune, not of Childfocus, answered the Baron, but nothing changed, on the contrary.

Belgium refuses to consider any criminal conspiracy in the framework of children's sexual exploitation. The cases are systematically padlocked. Victims and witnesses are subject to the same harassing for as long as they resist. None can avoid that, not even a Princess of Croÿ, however Most Serene Highness she may be. It is part of the job, where the bests are the most defamed. Those outlaw games are normal as long as are done by bandits, but not by an organisation whose President of Honour is the Queen of Belgium.

Childfocus got 200.000-euro from the EEC Daphne programme merely to UPDATE a website, hosting "Childoscope", an Internet directory of European organisations active in the research of missing and sexually exploited children. It occurred that its Romanian partner had never searched missing children nor provided help to the victims. Four Romanian organisations had been inscribed without them knowing, but with detailed information that they had never given. Neither of them ever aimed at searching missing children.

The news would never have left Romania if it had not arrived to the Foundation. Daphne having been strict at the point they refused subsidising their Internet cartography of the networks, the Romanian case resulted to an outcry of questions on the use of European funds and the control measures.

The official explanation of Childfocus contained a serious deterioration of the truth and rapped the rest in justifications that may not excuse the facts with corrigendum on cherry tails, but it was polite. The semi-official answer, signed by Delphine Moralis, who is Secretary-general of Childfocus, suggests that the Zandvoort network, of which INTERPOL counted 90.081 victims, would only be "rumours and assumed scandals". The foundation Princess of Croÿ believes that all denial of crime against humanity ought to be punished by law, with aggravated circumstances when by an organisation supposed to fight the specific crimes.

The Baron might recon it was not very judicious to send a mail aiming to attack the honour of a Princess of Croÿ. The top comes with deterioration of the truth on Marcel Vervloesem, who has sought and found the evidence of this network at the risk of his life and thanks to whom dozens of paedophile criminals where imprisoned.

One will note the morality of Childfocus towards this man, knowing that he is in a final stage and will probably not live long enough so that they will answer him of it before a court. In case he would not survive to the end of the trial, the Foundation Princess of Croÿ and the Werkgroep Morkhoven will make sure his name will be given back the honours he deserves, and to his daughter the damages that they both should get.

This article is taken from the website of the Fondation Princesse de Croÿ and is in itself a summary of an article of the Romanian Jurnalul National. The Jurnalul National is a "tabloid" newspaper, which has the ambition of being involved in cases of missing children, by publishing pictures online.

CORRIGENDUM: The Jurnalul National is author of campaigns, which enabled to find two children, one missing for eight years, the other ten years. Its “Copii Disparuti” action is a European leader in the aspect of efficiency.

The original article consisted of a large amount of factual mistakes, of which we briefly highlight the following:

- Of the 5 organisations listed in the article, only 3 are included in the Childoscope;

CORRIGENDUM: The five organisations were in Childoscope 2001 - 2 are no more in that of 2007.

- Salvati Copii did not receive a large amount of money, but 1000€ for costs related to the work performed;

CORRIGENDUM: Indeed, 1000-euro is not much beside 200.000-euro to update the site, but too much for forms signed without the knowledge of the signatories.

- The purpose of the Directory is not to facilitate external funding;

CORRIGENDUM: The purpose of the directory was to give an over-view of the European organisations, yet the most important ones are absent: Werkgroep Morkhoven (Belgium) - Father Fortunato di Notto (Italy) - Missing from Yonne (France) - Copii Disparuti (Romania), etc.

- Salvati Copiii has not forwarded the information as described, but organisations included in the Childoscope filled in a questionnaire themselve.

- ...

CORRIGENDUM: In 2001, the directory was in the Childfocus site, without possibility of online subscription. The terms & condition required that an inscription form be signed by the head of the organisation. Childfocus is thus supposed to have other arguments than defaming the colleagues.

The summary of the article is very brief and even more biased than the original article, already based on factual mistakes. As such, the title "Child Focus and the EEC Daphne programme at the Centre of a scandal in Romania" was added by the Fondation Princesse de Croÿ. No additional echo´s appeared in the press following the publication of the Jurnalul National, which contradicts the suggested scandal.

CORRIGENDUM: The summary of the article was the base of another aspect of the scandal: the huge sums given by the EEC in the framework of an NGO trust, of which some has no experience in the domain to unqualified people without control of service, at the expenses of Europeans. The echoes of the press (more specially the Belgian) are no reference.

The Fondation Pincesse de Croÿ is an association developed around the person of Jacqueline de Croÿ and pretends to fight all forms of paedophilia. The approach of the Fondation is rooted on a systematic collection of rumours and assumed scandals. Objective facts are generally not considered in the approach. As such, the association has developed a status of general paranoia, in which respected politicians, police officers and judges are assumed to conspire world-wide to protect paedophiles.

CORRIGENDUM: If Childfocus had intervened to help the pupils of Baron Cardon' step-daughter, the Foundation Princess of Croÿ would not exist. We will come back to the rumours, assumed scandals and objective facts, such as the medical reports showing the traces of torture on these little pupils and the photographs of the 90.081 Zandvoort victims. The foundation is just a reporter and very rarely comments its articles, the readers invited to draw their own conclusions.

The Fondation Pincesse de Croÿ states on its website to be an 'Association de fait' with the Werkgroep Morkhoven. The Belgian Werkgroep Morkhoven is a group of people who pretend to act against the exploitation of children. They are part of the "believers" who emerged after the affair Dutroux, and who pretend to disclose so called conspiracies and networks of paedophiles. The co-ordinator of the group, Marcel Vervloesem was himself condemned for abusing 5 minors as well as for the possession of child pornography.

CORRIGENDUM: The Werkgroep Morkhoven was founded in 1988, to assist victims of discrimination. The NGO dealt with health care of prisoners, access to people in wheelchairs to all the public spaces and isolation cells for children in psychiatry. This last case has led them in 1992 to the prostitution network "Temse/Madeira" with 340 victims. They thus were the first to denounce the sexual exploitation of children, long before the Dutroux case (1996).

CORRIGENDUM: Marcel Vervloesem was accused of paedophilia within the days following the seizing of the Zandvoort file. He has been defamed for over eight years, before being admitted innocent of TEN rapes. The tribunal has retained two rapes, though written testimonies of former plaintive who assured having been paid and/or blackmailed to file defamatory complaints.

CORRIGENDUM: He was condemned for having possessed the Zandvoort file, the time to seize it at the risk of his life and bring it to justice.

Child Focus has always insisted on keeping the organisation and its questionable methodologies at a distance. Child Focus works only in the interest of children and has as a policy not to waste any valuable energy on erroneous and sensation driven articles appearing in tabloids.

CORRIGENDUM: The Princess of Croÿ offered her services to Childfocus in order to help re-gilding its blazon, with an aim of serving the Queen who is its president of honour and in view of turning it into an proper organisation. Baron Cardon then invited her and blamed Jean-Denis Lejeune, father of one of the victims of Dutroux responsibility of all Childfocus' vexations.

He had assured repair to the former pupils of his step-daughter, locked following what he called "a serial miscarriage of justice", assuring Mrs Kloek, director of centre, would intervene to free them. Two years later, the children are still locked.

Marcel Vervloesem condemned to five years of prison including 3 firm

TURNHOUT the correctional court of Turnhout condemned Wednesday Marcel Vervloesem to five years of prison including three firm. That which had self-declared himself "paedophile hunter" was recognized guilty of rapes and indecent assaults on minors of age as well as possession of pedopornographic material. Mr. Vervloesem was discharged for the benefit of the doubt of a certain number of preventions of rape. He already announced that he was going on appeal.

Marcel Vervloesem appeared for eight files. The biggest one is related to the rapes and indecent assaults made on nine minors between 1970 and 1993. He was condemned for 6 facts and was discharged for 3. The accused was recognized guilty on all the line in other files. He had in particular abused three minors hardly two years ago. According to the judge, the declarations of the victims are credible.

CORRIGENDUM: It is the Belgian tabloids who called Marcel Vervloesem "the self-declared paedophile hunter" at the sole end to harm his reputation, so as to ridicule him, to deny the courage, perspicacity and perseverance he proved to dismantle the Zandvoort ring. He was discharged from the nine rapes 1970-1993 and one of the rapes 2005, the boy having acknowledged to have lied, under the effect of blackmail.

He was also condemned for intrusion in private life, to have diffused photographs of children on the site of his association, Werkgroep-Morkhoven. The site had in addition used photographs of children for the creation of small posters. For these facts, Marcel Vervloesem bailed out of sentence of a one month of prison and 550 euros fine.

CORRIGENDUM: The complaint for "intrusion in private life" and a second complaint for "swindle", was framed-up by a woman who works for ECPAT, partner of Childfocus. It acts of the mistress of a man object of an international warrent of arrest for criminal conspiracy and slandering, who claims to have a photograph of bottom of King of the Belgians whereas he would abuse a child, making believe in the possibility of comparative analysis of buttocks.

Marcel Vervloesem has been condemned for intruding in the private life of a child murdered seventeen years earlier, because her father has identified her on the site of a Dutch association, without contractual relation with the Wergroep Morkhoven. He was condemned for "swindle", on the basis of false identification of this same woman, proof brought by the Dutch police force.

He was condemned for "diffusion of child pronography", within the framework of a common campaign with the Foundation Princess of Croÿ, on the basis of a complaint coming from Childfocus.

"the facts made by Mr. Vervloesem deserve a severe sentence", commented the judge. "He carried out the fight against the pedopornography and the paedophilia whereas he made himself guilty such facts." Vervloesem animated the group Morkhoven. (belga)

CORRIGENDUM: Marcel Vervloesem is assured to be cleared by the court of appeal, which is not liable to ignore the medical reports proving he was physically unable to rape, as well as repetitive violation of European conventions on human rights and children's rights.
