"Drąsiaus Kelias"
participates in gatherings of citizens and associations to form
a bloc against the decision of Justice to give back the daughter
of Drąsius Kedys to her mother. They accuse the judges not to have
taken into account the best interests of the child, who blames her
mother for having accepted money from sexual perverts. |

Welcome Drasiaus kelias !
Bruxelles, le 24 juin 2010
DROIT FONDAMENTAL, the union European NGO active in the
fight of false miscarriages of justice, welcomes "Drąsiaus Kelias",
the new Lithuanian civil organisation, of whom the princess Jacqueline
of Croÿ is member of honour.
Drąsiaus Kelias is a Lithuanian civil organisation, born
of the Kedys scandal. Drasius Kedys is a Lithuanian businessman who
had found no other alternative, but to gun down his pimp sister-in-law
and the judge to whom she prostituted his four-years-old daughter. The
double murder shakes Lithuania, because people are outraged by the Stalinist
habits of its justice.
Lithuanian activists were surprised to discover that the false miscarriage
of justice in order to close the cases likely to make the state tremble,
is a practice condoned by the European Union for decades. Drąsius Kedys
was sentenced to bankruptcy to compensate Andrius Ūsas, the aide of
a MP, for having asked him to answer of the sexual abuse of his daughter
accused him.
Drasius Kedys had sent a damning video testimony of his daughter to
200 journalists and members of the European Parliament, but unfortunately
not to DROIT FONDAMENTAL. A sole appropriate answer would have been
enough to save the life of judge and the children pimp, but he did not
have one, because the censorship of information did not allow him to
know on which door he had to knock.
The Lithuanian legal truth claims that Drąsius Kedys died of a natural
death after hiding six months in the woods, dead-drunk and frozen by
8 ° C, during a warm spring night. But according to the scientists,
a night of hypothermia kills a human being as from a temperature of
1 C °. Drąsius Kedys therefore could only have died of hypothermia in
a refrigerator, which is not natural. The sabotage of the inquiry presumes
a political murder, apparently by the Lithuanian mafia, who is famous
for its large refrigerators and its excellent terms with members of
the government.
Since then, Andrius Ūsas, the only survivor the little girl had clearly
identified, would have drowned in a puddle of water, three days before
his trial, also dead-drunk, after having fallen from his quadricycle.
The Lithuanians activists are very surprised because they thought the
mother, to whom the child reproaches of having accepted money from her
abusers, would be the first to succumb to a phenomenal binge in strange
cironstances.
