C.R.I.E.S network (1982-1986)

Acronym for "Center for Research and Information on Childhood and Sexuality, CRIES, domiciled in Ixelles district of Brussels, was founded in 1982 by a sworn translator in Brussels Prosecution: Philippe Carpentier. It publishes the magazine "Espoir" (Hope) according to the idea of Jean-Claude Weber, a filmmaker member of the Movement for the Liberation of pedophiles, jailed in Belgium for sex with minors. The Belgian Rev. Joseph Doucé, founder of the Centre of Christ liberator "in Paris, is responsible for distribution in France. CRIES shares its address book with pedophile networks Zandvoort and Spartacus.

CRIES rapidly becomes a vast organized network of child prostitution, sex tourism and production of pornographic pictures of children, sold by the Zandvoort network for publishers porn magazines.
