Marcel Vervloesem has entered the prison of Turnhout the Friday 5 September 2008. He has started a hunger and thirst strike that should kill him within a week. He expects falling into the coma in the three days. He obtained from his family, not to opposed his last will, which consists of his refusal of any reanimation, as long as Belgium refuses him the respect of its constitutional rights. The Belgian Minister for justice and the tribunals responsible for the condemnation of Marcel Vervloesem in the absence of around forty parts of defence, refused all comments to the Dutch journalists who asked them for explanations.

Marcel Vervloesem has discovered since 1988 sevral paedocriminal networks, which prosecutor TACK had qualified of "a burst bubble".

A television repport of 1998 (on line) shows Robbie Vander Plancken, male prostitute at the 12 years age, who was explaining the disappearance of children already prostitutes in the homeland, to whom paedocriminals offer more money to, convince them to "work" in their brothels abroad. Manuel Schadwald, the German boy whose research had led Marcel Vervloesem to the Zandvoort file in Holland, is still alive, according to him, with longer hair and earrings. He will not contact his mother because he is ashamed.

The "burst bubble" has never justified an investigation in Belgium, but was pled to claim 4 years of prison against the man who exposed this traffic of children, for crimes which medicine recognizes him physically unable to carry out.

Marcel Vervloesem is alive only by miracle, due to a defect of medical care when he was wrongly imprisoned in 2005. Belgium gave him the choice between dying in dignity and being crushed vis-à-vis the violation of his fundamental rights. His health condition is such that the law does not allow more than one domiciliary imprisonment, but "justice" wants him in prison.

No comment. There is no illusion to have, which appears with the version of the facts relayed by the Belgian press, who seems to prepare to covering-up an additional state crime. Belgian information is so controlled that 49.000 pages read in four days on the Droit Fondamental website, where not enough for the internet search engines to find a petition that supports him. Many people complained of a hacking that prevented them to sign.

The Werkgroep Morkhoven, civil organization founded by Marcel Vervloesem to assist discriminated people, will turn towards Europe, to request laws which will be able to prevent these abominations in the future. It is afflicting that it requests the death of Flemish hero to have a chance to obtain them.
