ZANDVOORT/FRANCE WITHDRAWAL OF CASE [06]
TRIBUTE
TO MARCEL VERVLOESEM FOR THE ARREST OF THREE DANGEROUS PAEDOCRIMINALS
IN FRANCE. MARCEL VERVLOESEM IS PRESENTLY ISOLATED IN A BELGIAN PRISON,
ACCUSED OF HAVING "EXPOSED AN EMPTY DOSSIER FOR HIS OWN PUBLICITY".
RESULT
OF INVESTIGATIONS CONDUCTED ON THE NATIONAL LEVEL
Jacqueline de Croÿ - 02/03/2010
After having criminalized the NGO that exposed the file, the judge
Ringot flatters reporters who publicized the importance of launching
the procedures to dismantle the network of Zandvoort. Serge Garde
says that the prosecutor had even invited him to "explain"
the closing of the case, which Judge Ringot was going to pronounce.
He did not understand his explanations. Let-us see why.
The investigations on the French national level indeed confirm all
information given by Marcel Vervloesem investigators, and he would
not have been able to "bring tangible and material evidence
of his statements."
PATRICK BUSQUET did appear on the address book of Robby Van Der
Plancken. Busquet confirmed having met in 1993 in Amsterdam, and
have been repeatedly at his home, (page 17), therefore when Robby
was employed by Ulrich "as an employee within the company."
JEAN-MANUEL VUILLAUME, "said he recognize
several dozens of photographs as his own production or diffusion,
from nudist books when he was the manager of a publishing house that
ceased its activities in 1989, but he did not recognize any face on
file" of the search notices (Page 18).
Vuillaume had effectively ceased his activities in 1989, because
the juvenile brigade had uncovered a vast traffic of photos of children,
in which he and Bernard Alapetite presented themselves as photographers
and art editors. It was the TORO BRAVO network, named after the
production company of Jean-Manuel Vuillaume, residing in his brothel
of Bogota: 14-29 at the Calle 40. Five years later, the address
book of the Toro Bravo network assembled 2,300 people. On 1st April
1996, they were among the 700 were detained in custody, among which
Vuillaume and Alapetite.
BERNARD ALAPETITE was accused in 1982 within the
CORAL network, and released with 342 others accused by a dismissal
of the judge Salzmann. Publisher of child pornography magazines Backside
(1983-1985), Jean's (1985), Eklata (1985), Beach Boys (1985-1986),
and Photokid (1986). Alapetite also had to cease his activities in
1989 as part of Toro Bravo I, then in 1994 as part of Toro Bravo II,
then in 1997, in the framework of the Ado71 network. On May 10, 2000,
when the investigating of the case Zandvoort was taking place, he
was again sentenced to three years in prison, once more for distribution
of child pornography. Bernard Alapetite said (page 18) he recognize
a large number of pictures on this CD of Zandvoort, but not on the
selection compiled by the police Kennemerland based on "the
most usable" snapshots.
JACQUES DUGUE exposed for paedophilia in 1971. He was abusing and
prostituting children, of which he was already selling pornographic
pictures in 1978, but Judge Salzman requires only a symbolic sentence.
Dugué was again sentenced to 8 years in prison in 1990. The investigation
into abuse of Alexander and Robin ordered April 10, 2000, leading
to his arrest May 10 following. The boy recognized by Frances, the
mother of Robin, was on three tapes seized from Dugue by Judge Ringot,
among 40 other tapes, according to press reports. Dugué himself
has recognized five of his victims in the file: Christopher and
Christine, Sébastien, Jean-Michel and Jean-Luc. One of his victims
recognized to be on two photographs. (Page 18).
The investigation revealed that Dugué was in conjunction
with Marc Dutroux, of the Nihoul network in Belgium, while both are
also exposed in the network of Zandvoort. Dugue was sentenced to 30
years in prison in 2002, in proceedings initiated in Chambery, a year
before this withdrawal of case for his participation in the network
of Zandvoort, which he acknowledged to be a supplier.
JOHN LINDQUIST registered as with the code S-23 in the address
book of SPARTACUS. Half French, half American, Lindquist lived in
the district CA 90024 Los Angeles, before settling in France in
1995. The Juvenile Brigade discovered 5000 pictures of child pornography
in Lindquist cellar in Paris on December 15, 2000. Nine photographs
of children that the judge Ringot calls "models" appear
on the part of the file investigated by France. (Page 24).
Linquist will be sentenced on May 1, 2003, thus
one and a half month after the final closing of the Zandvoort case,
to 15 years in prison and 150,000 euros in damages for rape and sexual
assault of five children aged 6 to 15 years, his neighbours, and for
concealment of photographs of a paedophile character, between 1993
and 2000.
PATRICK LANDAIS also, was charged by the law court of Dinan, for
possession and concealment of material of paedophile nature, some
of them pictures of the Zandvoort network. (Page 24).
The address books of the networks CRIES-UNICEF
and SPARTACUS are copies of computer files, where the names are listed
alphabetically and by code. "GR", for example, identifies
the groups or networks of individuals who promote the trade of picture
of real crime and provides protection to one another.
The "careful" analysis of the two files by the French
police does not seem to have pointed out that they are almost identical,
a few names difference and a few code difference. This is because
the network CRIES-UNICEF was dismantled in 1986, and the network
SPARTACUS 1996. When Petrus Van Gasselt recognizes the address books
of his late brother, Leo, the boyfriend of Ulrich who was also his
sole heir, he recognises the listing of a network with several branches.
(Page 17)
The address book of Robby Van Der Plancken is a
personal agenda. He was noting in it his appointments and bank account
numbers. These bank account numbers assume the purchases the child
pornography by Ulrich, his boss, he was selling through his website,
Apollo. It does therefore not clear how "checks on coordinates
of the French bank accounts mentioned in the address book Robby Vander
Plancken did not bring any useful element in the investigation."
It is indeed very unlikely that these individuals have received money
declared to the tax authorities. (Page 17)
The Interpol report on the contents of this CD-ROMS shows 93'081
pictures, of which 88'539 unique specimens, according to the Belgian
Federal Police, thus 4'542 duplicates. The Dutch police only forwards
3 CD-ROMS to French justice. One only gathers 710 photographs. The
second is a compilation falsely attributed to Marcel Vervloesem
of 1600 photographs. The third one assembles the 572 photographs
used to make the portraits for the opinion research. This only leaves
2882 photographs, or 3.5% of the complete file.
Judge Ringot also makes a list of results of investigations
of foreign policies, who have done a remarkable job to find the pedophile
magazines that had bought the pictures of the Zandvoort network. These
magazines with evocative names such as Lover Boy, Lover Nymph, Bambino,
Piccolo, Lolita, Lolita's Pissing, Super Lolita, Forbidden Fruit Schamlos
Boys, etc.., are aiming at advertising criminal movies, mostly hidden
by photos that may seem innocent. These magazines are normally banned
from sale as soon as they exceed the limits. The editor then just
has to change the name of his magazine to continue to sell to the
same list of clients. (From page 19 to page 24.).
