Vervloesem case: Belgian standards that scandalize France

Serge Garde's out-cry on Karl Zero’ BFM-TV programme, concerning the shameful treatments of Marcel Vervloesem, had the effect of thunder in France. All the contacts of Serge Garde are indignant by the fate that is reserved for this man, who exposed the paedocriminal network Zandvoort. Marcel Vervloesem is dying in the prison of Bruges, following complaints of rapes that one of the plaintiffs admitted having carried against payment, and another under threat.

The magazine L'HUMANITE DIMANCHE has asked Serge Garde an "out-cry" article on Marcel and wants to start a paedocriminality dossier, starting from the Zandvoort case. Serge Garde will assist the young journalist who will be in charge of it. The Werkgroep Morkhoven will give them access to the documents on the entrails of the network.

Although his heart dysfunctions, Marcel is maintained in prison, with 25 of blood pressure, for a standard of 12, thus worsened risk of infarction, on a heart weakened by a chronic failure of the revalidation treatment prescribed following an open-heart operation. He has stopped taking his medications since one month, to stop the sufferings inherent to the disgusting detention conditions that are imposed to him. The ministry for Belgian justice persists in refusing him, even the right to die in dignity, surrounded by his close relations.

The networks muzzle the press by attacking the journalists who are too closely interested in their activities. They are not very many of these journalists. It just requires to file serial complaints for libel, which are then object of the famous miscarriage of justices, until disgust by financial strangulation.

The cost of the journalism of investigation is such, that the newspapers favour the news by press agencies, which are much less expensive. This is how information is held by the journalists who agree to slander and calumniate the victims and witnesses, assured to be protected from prosecutions by the same famous miscarriage of justices. They gain the violation of the instruction secret, by corrupted police officers, who give them information, to make sensational articles. These practices are criminal and have nothing to do with journalism, but it pays.

The magistrates in charge of the FORTIS and SABENA cases, which are summarized with "how to make offer national treasures to countries foreign countries for peanuts", have complained of having felt severely threatened, at the level of the ministries themselves. One of the magistrates, called to treat the cabal led against Marcel Vervloesem, assured having been degraded at a post of Justice of the Peace, for having opposed to the way it was treated. Anyone can thus be condemned for anything, as any crime can be object of a withdrawal of case, without nobody having to answer about it.

Serge Garde, author of the Book of Shame on the French branch of the paedocriminal network Zandvoort, will speak of treatment of Marcel Vervloesem, who has discovered the file of 90.000 victims of abuse. Stefaan De Clerck, Minister for Justice, refuses to answer the press about the man who exposes for 21 years, the corruption that covers organized paedocriminality.

In 2003, Karl Zéro had been presenting for ten years the "Real Journal" for television "Canal +", in the objective to say out loud what the other TV news are hiding. On Sunday May 18, of that year, the former mayor of Toulouse revealed on one of the main television channels, that his name was quoted in a "frightening machination". In a few days, two prostitutes confirmed the corruptions of the police force, seasoned disordered inclinations of the former mayor and a magistrate, which a serial killer, Patrice Alègre, showed to have financed two murders. The media were going wild vis-à-vis the accusations, which had only been heard by the statements of these senior civil servants. The magistrate was replaced shortly after his own.

The real machination appears when the prison authorities granted Patrice Alègre, a right of visit of a journalist close to Karl Zéro, in a way that the killer could confirm his accusations in writing. The scandal was boiling since two weeks, when on June 1, 2003, Karl Zéro read this letter which was given to him by his fellow-member, in the "Real Journal", after authorisation of the television direction. The lawyers of the killer then made a press conference, to reveal the names that Karl Zéro had taken care to occult. The newspaper "Monde" exposed the names of theses senior civil servants who had already exposed themselves. The killer retracted his declarations on June 19. He then ensured that Karl Zéro, would have promised him 15.000 euros for this letter, which has no sense, since Karl Zéro could have free of charge, the material proofs supported by judicial documents, showing an underpants-less French magistrate in the Zandvoort file.

The "frightening machination" will eliminate the Gendarme Roussel, who had noted 191 disappearances and murders covered-up in suicides in the area of Toulouse, the "Real Journal" and poisoned Karl Zéro's life. He now presents the BFM 22.10 news with an extraordinary talent, and is naturally interested in all these "frightening machinations".
