Damanhur: megalo-satanic sect and deffamation syndrom

He is also fastidious on the admiration he believes due to him. Whereas all his exploits are spread over the Internet sites of Damanhur, his former followers cannot ask for a judgement for swindle and his work cannot be prone of a conference without him launching legal proceedings for... defamation.
By skews of meditation and other non-traditional forms of study, Oberto Airaudi had learned hypnosis. He went on body extra journeys, materialized of objects (?) and had gifts of levitation, ensure his disciples. He created Damanhur, supposed to be a model society: a state in the state, managed by the Damahurian Constitution. The citizens venerate Greek and Celtic divinities, more particularly the gods Orus and Pan, symbols of the earth and the fertility. They have the originality of reincarnate according to oriental beliefs', without bond with their favourite Gods.
Convinced that cathedrals of the Middle Ages were built by people without education (sic), Airaudi decided that he could do the same, at the foot of the Italian Alps inside the mountain in the north of Turin. A small house on the side of the slope had made it possible the Damanhuriens to discreetly dig during 16 years, to carry out a monstrous temple, larger than a football field, with a dome in small glassware lit with electricity.
Self-educated healer has invented a magic potion, supposed to be an "ancient cure", composed of alchemical liquids and metals, to cure fatal diseases. Plants would make various "blips", according to him. He thus gave a sound to each one of these "blips" and attached the plant to a synthesizer by probes. When the plant realizes that it makes music, it makes improvisations with the guru!
The damanhuriens are committed to contribute with their resources and their work, to the economic maintenance of the Damahurian Nation, without having the possibility to recover their own capital stocks. While the guru buys in Euro, the Federal Bank of Damanhur strikes the currency of the citizen: the Credito.
The tourist bureau of Damanhur offers excursions from three to seven days, with courses of esotericism and therapies at the Free University of Damanhur, which is one of the main sources of income. Free conferences are given on the "spirituality of the Flowers of Bach", bases of Vit' Alba, object of judgment for misleading publicity.
Thus, 800 people virtually have 120 hectares of wood, 5 hectares of urban surface, 100 hectares of agricultural land and more than 60 explorations, laboratories, restaurants vegetarians, farms, artisan workshops of weaving and selling their natural products.
They are thus rich, having worked sometimes for years without spending a cent, but they only have access to monkey currency to exchange the food which they cultivate themselves.
The State of Damanhur has a "constitution", which allows a total control on the slaves. The damanhuriens have the choice between various forms of marriage, of which a one year renewable contracts. If a couple wishes to have a child, it must program it with the community before conceiving it, in the absence of what, it is penalized.
The Damanhurian women give birth at home, without possibility of medical help in the event of complication, which used to kill a woman on thousand, and far more children. As from the birth, the Damanhurian baby is sent in an "state institution", which undertakes his or her education up to university, in so far as he or she was programmed. The children are cured by alternative medicines, without the vaccines that can prevent the most serious handicaps and death.
The information of the people is done by the means of a gazette of eight pages and television news with closed loop. The children are held in the ignorance of the rest of the world which is presented to them like a hell where the right to dream is prohibited. Bad taste is inculcated like a religion and they are deprived to see the true wonders of their country. They taught to believe in the beauty of lecherous devils, Jesus Christ with the body of the Virgin Mary, together with sick ceremonies.
In 1988, whereas a man worked 15 hours per day to dig the temple, his two daughters were forced to work like children slaves, according to them. The Italian army was ordered to destroy it but when they pushed by the door: the judge looked, dazzled by a quite relative beauty and "started to cry". The troops left without destroying anything, in spite of the court decision and "to prevent the Italian authorities to ever seize the temple, "the judge has 'seized it' himself", say the damanhuriens!
In 1998, according to a report of the ministry of Italian home affairs, the symbol of the New Age charisma was to answer of 13 complaints, for pyromania, forgery in writing and worsened swindle.
Since, the latest fashion is to answer to a complaint by filing a complaint for defamation before the judgment. The victims and witnesses thus become defendants, constrained of having to show their sincerity, the fact they had a legitimate aim, the preoccupation of certain cautiousness and the proportionality between the objectives and the hypothetical damage which they would have caused! In other words: any prosecuted person must answer by filing a complaint for defamation, either to embarrass the adversary, or to obtain the equality of the weapons. Would justice have become a circus?

Alors que toutes ses exploits sont étalées sur les sites Internet de Damanhur, ses anciens adeptes ne peuvent demander un jugement pour escroquerie et son oeuvre ne peut être sujet d'une conférence sans qu'il ne lance de poursuites judiciaires pour... diffamation.
Par les biais de méditation et autres formes non traditionnelles d'étude, Oberto Airaudi avait appris l'hypnose. Il faisait des voyages extra corporels, matérialisait des objets (?) et avait des dons de lévitation, assurent ses disciples. Il créa Damanhur, censé être une société modèle : un état dans l’état, géré par la Constitution Damahurienne. Les citoyens y vénèrent les divinités grecques et celtes, surtout les dieux Orus et Pan, symboles de la terre et de la fertilité. Ils ont l’originalité de se réincarner selon les croyances orientales, sans rapport avec leurs Dieux préférés.
Persuadé que les cathédrales du moyen âge ont été construites par des gens sans formation (sic), Airaudi décida qu’il pouvait en faire de même, au pied des Alpes italiennes à l'intérieur de la montagne au nord de Turin. Une petite maison sur le flanc du coteau avait permis aux damanhuriens de creuser discrètement durant 16 ans, pour réaliser un temple monstrueux, plus grand qu'un champ du football, avec un dôme en verroterie éclairé à l’électricité.
Guérisseur autodidacte, il a inventé une potion magique, dite une "cure antique", composée de liquides alchimiques et métaux, pour guérir des maladies mortelles.
Les plantes feraient divers "blips", selon lui. Il a donc alloué un son à chacun de ces "blips", puis rattaché la plante à un synthétiseur par des sondes. Lorsque la plante se rend compte qu'elle fait la musique, dit-il, elle fait des improvisations avec le gourou!
Les damanhuriens s’engagent à contribuer avec leurs ressources et leur travail, au maintien économique de la Nation Damahurienne, sans pouvoir prétendre à récupérer leurs fonds propres. Pendant que le gourou achète en Euro, la Banque Fédérale de Damanhur frappe la monnaie du citoyen: le Credito.
L’office du tourisme de Damanhur propose des excursions de trois à sept jours, avec à des cours d'ésotérisme et thérapies à l’Université Libre de Damanhur, ce qui est l’une des principales sources de revenus. Des conférences gratuites sont données sur la "spiritualité des Fleurs de Bach", base de Vit'Alba, objet de condamnation pour publicité mensongère.
Ainsi, 400 personnes possèdent virtuellement 120 hectares de bois, 5 hectares de superficie urbaine, 100 hectares de terrain agricole et plus de 60 explorations, laboratoires, restaurants végétariens, fermes, ateliers de tissage artisanal et vendant leurs produits naturels.
Ils sont donc richissimes, ayant travaillé parfois pendant des années sans avoir rien dépensé, mais il ne peuvent accéder qu'à de la monnaie de singe qu'ils échangent pour de la nourriture qu’ils cultivent eux-mêmes.
L’Etat de Damanhur a une "constitution", qui permet un contrôle total sur les esclaves. Les damanhuriens ont le choix entre diverses formes de mariage, dont des contrats renouvelables par an. Si un couple désire avoir un enfant, il doit le programmer avec la communauté avant le concevoir, à défaut de quoi, il est pénalisé.
Les damanhurienes accouchent à la maison, sans possibilité de secours médical en cas de complication, ce qui autrefois tuait une femme sur mille, et bien d’avantage d’enfants. Dés la naissance, le bébé damanhurien est accueilli dans une "institution de l'état" charge de son éducation jusqu’à l’université, pour autant qu’il ait été programmé. Les enfants sont soignés par des médecines alternatives, sans les vaccins qui peuvent prévenir les plus graves handicaps et la mort.
L’information du peuple se fait par le biais d’une gazette de huit pages et de journaux télévisés à circuit fermé. Les enfants sont tenus dans l’ignorance du reste du monde qui leur est présenté comme un enfer interdit du droit de rêver. Le mauvais goût leur est inculqué comme une religion et ils sont privés de voir les véritables merveilles de leur pays. Ils apprennent à croire en la beauté de diables lubriques, Jésus Christ avec le corps de la Vierge Marie, ensemble avec des cérémonies maladives.

Airaudi, dont le charisme est vanté par les mouvements New Age, avait eu le charisme exceptionnel de transférer l’héritage de leur défunte mère à la Banque Fédérale du Damanhur, les lires italiennes disparurent, changées en Credito. En 1989, il avait mis le feu aux roulottes de l’état dans lesquelles les enfants dormaient, pour toucher l’argent de l’assurance, selon elles.
En 1992, "par une torsion étrange de destin", explique les damanhuriens, un ancien membre mécontent, remettait les plans du temple secret à un juge local. L'armée italienne fut ordonnée de le détruire mais quand ils ont poussé par la porte : le juge a regardé, éblouis par une beauté toute relative et "se mit à pleurer".
Les troupes s’en sont allées malgré la décision de justice et "pour empêcher les autorités italiennes de jamais saisir le temple, le juge 'l'a saisi' lui-même", disent les damanhuriens!
En 1998, selon un rapport du ministère de l'intérieur italien, le symbole du charisme New Age devait répondre de 13 plaintes, pour pyromanie, faux en écriture et escroqueries aggravées.
Depuis, la dernière mode est de répondre à une plainte en portant plainte pour diffamation avant le jugement. Les victimes et les témoins deviennent ainsi des accusés, contraints à devoir démontrer leur sincérité, la poursuite d'un but légitime, le souci d'une certaine prudence et la proportionnalité entre le but poursuivi et le dommage hypothétique qu’ils auraient causés. En d'autres termes, toute personne poursuivie doit répondre par une plainte pour diffamation, soit pour embarrasser l'adversaire, soit pour obtenir l'égalité des armes. La justice serait-elle donc devenue un cirque ?
