Stefaan De Clerck, ministro della giustizia belgas ha concesso 171 braccialetti elettronici tra il 29 e il 27 maggio 2009, ma lo ha rifiutato a Marcel Vervloesem, quando sa che è in stadio terminale. L'ultima provocazione mediatica arriva nel momento che questo attivista dei diritti dell'uomo vomita sangue da quattro giorni e che la sua pelle si sta imbrunendo abbondantemente, indicando l'aumento della bilirubina, l'avvicinarsi del coma epatico e la morte. E' tipico di queste persone che cercano di allontanare l'attenzione dal vero problema: si vuol far intendere e focalizzare l'attenzione sui diritti dei prigionieri, piuttosto che focalizzare l'attenzione della gente sulla pedocriminalità organizzata che è coperta dal ministero della giustizia stessa.

Marcel viene così privato da carta da lettera e francobolli che gli sono inviati. Un medico si è anche divertito ad osservare le sue reazioni nell'affermare che la sua pressione arteriosa si era miracolosamente normalizzata. Non può poi essere ospedalizzato se non con un piede ammanettato ad un letto di ospedale,da cui la sua scelta di morire in prigione. Lui preferisce poter circolare nella sua cella e guardare i gabbiani alla finestra ,fin quando gli sarà possibile.

"Tre guardiani si sono ultimamente suicidati,trqa cui una donna. Quindi i prigionieri non sono solo gli unici a darsi la morte. I guardiani fanno sciopero questo venerdì", dice Marcel Vervloesem che ripete : " Questa non è una prigione, ma un campo di concentramento."

Testimone del rapimento di un bambino da un tentacolo di Anversa della rete pecocriminale Zandvoort nel 1988, Marcel Vervloesem ha, dieci anni più tardi, scoperto 93.081 foto di violenze, torture, assassini e pornografia di bambini. La stampa belga ha passato sotto silenzio un vero crimine contro l'umanità, e trattato ora con un assassinio raffinato la fine di questo eroe fiammingo allo stesso modo. L'ultimo messaggio di Marcel alle vittime di questo sporco traffico sarà ritrasmesso dalla televisione francese.

Il giornalista Serge Garde, che ha rivelato i tentacoli francesi della rete pedoporno, ha potuto registrare due telefonate dalla prigione di Bruges questi 27 e 28 maggio. Le notizie teleriprese previste di essere mandate in onda sui trattamenti che gli sono stati inflitti sono state respinte, perchè l'attualità non lascia che 5 o 8 minut, che sono anche troppi per un giocatore di pallone, ma non sufficienti per una tematica così grave.

Marcel è imprigionato dopo il 5 settembre 2008, per crimini che più medici hanno riconosciuto che non poteva commettere, per il suo stato fisico e il verdetto non era sostenuto da nove medici, tra cui il consulente del tribunale. Una cameretta è pronta per lui a Bruxelles, per poter impostare le sue cure palliative a domicilio, ma il ministro democratico e cristiano resta inflessibile.

Paul Van Buytenen, Membro del Parlamento Europeo, che è arrivato a trovare Marcel Vervloesem nella prigione di Bruges gli ha detto che nessuno a livello politico osa muoversi per lui,Marcel. Tale silenzio spiega come mai Hitler ha potuto far assassinare milioni di persone indisturbato.

Stefaan De Clerck, minister for Belgian justice has granted 171 electronic bracelets between on January 29 and on May 27, 2009, but refuses it to Marcel Vervloesem whereas he is in final stage. He has thus been recently deprived paper and stamps that were sent to him. A doctor also found fun to test his reactions by claiming that his blood-pressure had restored by miracle. He can only be hospitalized a foot shackled to a hospital bed, from where his choice to die in prison. He prefers to be able to move in his cell and look at the seagulls from his window as long as it will be possible for him.

"Three wardens committed suicide lately, among which a woman. The prisoners are thus not the only ones to kill themselves. The wardens are doing strike this Friday", said Marcel Vervloesem, who repeats: "This is not a prison, but a concentration camp."
