Dutch police raid houses in child porn ring

Police raided 31 houses and arrested two suspects believed to be connected to an international child pornography ring uncovered last summer, a spokesman said Monday.
Raids across the Netherlands Saturday led to the arrest of two men, one of whom is suspected of posting pornographic pictures and videos of children on the Internet, said Jaap Hage of the Haarlem-based Kennemerland police force.
The raids were part of a far-reaching
investigation intended to uncover the identity of the victims and those
believed responsible for producing and distributing the pornography. Police
hope to find details of a related murder of a convicted German pedophile,
Gerrit Ulrich, and information about a missing child.
